Jack swears up and down that he talked with the clerks office to get all court documents submitted to his work, yet it’s been over the 30 days and still nothing. He feels that he doesn’t have to pay for it when it is not taken out of his check. Yes, he is a real winner and yes, he is a complete moron. In order to get anything out of Jack, one must go down to his level. I ask him if he can at least give me $70 dollars because I need it to still pay her medical bills that he refuses to help me pay for. His response is as followed:
Jack- No i told you it was a life saver cause we needed to pay bills next week idk what where going to do when they are taking out the full amount Taking out the full amount? No one is getting shit, so what the fuck is getting taken out of your check?
Me- That's not my problem.
Me- You are still supposed to pay every week. And I am not even asking for the full amount.
Jack- Well its for the well being of our daughter that we have a roof and electric and food and clothing you can barely make it on your own and you have your parents to bail you out i told you i called and it should be fixed Yeah, I can’t make it on my own because I am paying for EVERYTHING. Medical bills, daycare, and everything else for her. And since when do my parents bail me out? Because if they were, I would be able to make it on my own.
Me- My parents don't bail me out. Get your facts straight. I have bills too. I have no choice but to live with my parents because of you so go bitch to someone else.
Me- I went almost a year without any help before courts and I did it another few months so don't tell me it’s for the well being of our child. And it better be fixed.
Jack- Well i fell for your lies and here we are we could of been civil but you wanted revenge What lies did you fall for? Plus, I am more than nice to you. It’s not my fault you are a fucking loser. And since when is going for child support getting revenge? When you don’t help support your children you pay back child support. When you get you get your child less than a week out of the entire month, you owe child support. You have her 6 fucking days out of the entire month…. How much money do you really need to support our daughter?
